Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.
BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS SET OUT HEREIN.
1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & TURNAROUND TIME
Lead time is dependent on stock availability and the amount of orders in production at the time of placing your order. Normal turnaround time is approximately 14 workings days. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. No rush orders will be accepted.
2. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
CM Special Moments is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to low resolution artwork provided by yourself, especially if it is approved by you already.
3. COLOUR ACCURACY
An electronic proof is not an accurate colour reproduction of your final printed piece but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout and final text. CM Special Moments will not be liable for colour variation between the proof and the printed product. We will try our best to match the colours of the proof and the printed product but please understand that colour variation differences are inherent inconsistencies of the printing process and we will not be held responsible for it. It is your responsibility to determine if the job is colour critical.
4. ORDER RESPONSIBILITY
Proof of all work will be sent to you for approval via email. You are fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Any jobs that have been approved and/or sent to press cannot be altered or changed due to the nature of the printing process, and no refund will be given. Please make sure you review it thoroughly.
5. JOB CANCELLATION & PRINTING DOWNGRADE
A processing fee equal to 20% of the total order amount will be charged for each job cancellation and printing downgrade (downgrade in quantity, paper stock, and shipping) if it is requested before it is sent to the press. Once an order has been sent to the press and/or work has been started, the job cannot be changed and there will be no refunds.
6. REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be provided only if no work has been initiated on your order. In the event that a draft has been created but the order has not yet been sent to print, a partial refund may be issued, subject to a cancellation processing fee, as outlined in clause 5 above.
Once the order has been sent to print, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
7. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
You must notify CM Special Moments within 7 working days of the date of delivery of any defects discovered in the printed product. 100% of the product must be returned to CM Special Moments at your expense within 14 days from the date of delivery. If we accept the claim as valid, CM Special Moments will reprint the order and ship it back at no cost to you. Each order placed with us is a sales/service agreement between yourself making the order and CM Special Moments. The fact that you have made an order on behalf of a third party does not absolve you of liability to CM Special Moments. Any decision by a third party not to accept printed items or to cancel the order with you does not affect your liability to CM Special Moments.
8. SHIPPING
All products will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of placing your order. No refund on shipping charges will be allowed on any job once it has shipped. Delays in the delivery time can under no circumstances be used to cancel an order or to claim any compensation. CM Special Moments sends orders via The Courier Guy (national) - subject to change. Our responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and arranging collection by whichever courier service is used for delivery.
CM Special Moments is not responsible and will not be liable for late or damaged packages during the shipping process. Please ensure that the delivery address provided will have someone available to sign for your order should you not be available as any additional charges for re-delivery will be for your account.
9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
CM Special Moments reserves the right to cancel or otherwise refuse print jobs it deems are obscene or offensive, including but not limited to pornographic materials. CM Special Moments reserves the right to charge you for services rendered up to the point that the job was cancelled.
10. MARKETING PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. No adjustments will be made after an order is placed. Special Offers are not valid for purchases placed before the promotion start date or after the promotion expiration date. Our promotions apply to printing charges only. Custom quotes and shipping charges are excluded from our discounted offers unless otherwise stated. Multiple promotions and discounts cannot be combined.
11. PRODUCT RIGHTS
CM Special Moments will not post any images of your completed projects without your consent. All photo files received from you will be deleted within 14 business days from the date that you receive your order.
12. PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PRICING
We endeavour to offer you competitive prices on current products. The price of the product is the price in force at the date and time of the order. We may change the prices of any Products and Services at any time without further notice. An invoice will be sent with the draft design. Printing will only commence once payment is received in full and draft has been approved. Should you choose to cancel your order after receiving the draft, clause 5 above will be applicable.
All payments are to be made via EFT - banking details will be provided on the invoice or via iKhokha payment link if you would prefer to pay by card. Proof of payment is to be sent to hello@cmspecialmoments.co.za
NOTE: Should you process a payment via cash deposit, an additional charge of R30.00 will be applicable. No items will be handed over until full payment is received.
